Robert M. Clark was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended Hillcrest High School and is an Eagle Scout. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University.
